These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of this mobile application (“App”) developed by ToddQ (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. 1.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible iOS device.

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or restrictions implemented in the App; d. Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; e. Use the App to transmit or store any harmful or malicious code, or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality.

Intellectual Property

2.1 The App, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, and software, is owned by we and protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

2.2 You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the App without the prior written consent of we.

Privacy

3.1 We respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to we’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranty

4.1 The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

4.2 You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the App or this Agreement, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

6.1 We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
